Customer Service Representative – Aliceville

As a customer service representative, you will greet customers and welcome them into the branch. You will provide superior and quality customer service in a professional, efficient and courteous manner, promoting NOTHING BUT THE BEST atmosphere.  Process accurate customer transactions and provide effective resolutions when appropriate.

E-Banking Specialist – Operations

The E-Banking Specialist will assist the Operations Manager in a variety of technology based functions, including: internet banking, e-statements, ACH and debit cards.  In addition, you will assist with audit, contingency planning and provide support to branch personnel.  Previous banking experience is preferred, but not required.
